TUN SITI TAK MENYIBUK

Begitu lama Tun Mahathir di tampuk kuasa. Tun Siti tetap bersederhana. Tiada cerita kemewahannya semasa di luar negara, atau bising campur tangannya dalam projek itu dan ini, tiada cerita 'kegarangannya' kepada pihak sana dan sini. Beliau hanya tersenyum dan merendah diri.

Bahasanya tidak bongkak, gayanya tidak berlagak. Tidak banyak cerita di media tentang dirinya, sehingga melebihi suaminya. Namun, sebagai insan tentulah ada kekurangan dan kelemahan di sudut-sudut tertentu. Demikianlah semua manusia.
Seorang pemimpin memerlukan isteri yang 'tidak menyibuk' seperti Tun Dr Siti Hasmah. Walaupun sangat terpelajar, tetapi tahu membawa diri sebagai isteri pemimpin. Setiap isteri pemimpin mesti pandai menjaga maruah suaminya.

Pandai menjaga nama baik politik suami. Jangan sampai suami dibenci rakyat kerana gaya dan sikap isterinya. Ertinya, jangan sampai rakyat membenci seseorang pemimpin 'pasal bini dia'. Buat semua isteri pemimpin, jadikanlah Tun Siti Dr Hasmah sebagai contoh yang baik dalam hal ini! Jangan lebih lajak dari laju, rakyat tak suka perangai macam itu!

Peranan isteri berdoa agar suami berada di jalan yang benar. Menasihati suami agar sentiasa ingatkan Allah dalam urusan rakyat. Janganlah isteri pula yang menyebabkan kemurkaan Allah dan kemarahan rakyat kepada suaminya. Tun Dr Siti Hasmah, tahniah!

from the x-ray image, confirm aku ada slipped disc antara C5-C6..
bengkok tulang aku disebabkan tu..
tekan nerve..
tu yang sakit gile tu..

after aku cite sikit pasal aku punya major medical history, doctor mintak aku buat MRI as soon as possible..
tambah lagi, bila kantoi yang aku dh almost 3 years mengelak daripada MRI.
hehe.. kena paksa daa..

for today, fisio jek dulu..
kepala aku kena strapped pada pulling machine -- kepala aku kena angkat (tarik la tu) dan lepas balik berkali-kali around stengah jam..

tadi pagi aku bawak Ida gi klinik, check jari dia.. ada bijik amende ntah..
the doctor suggested us to come again tomorrow, jumpa pakar ortho..
ok, esok datang lagi..

at the same time, aku ambik veron gel untuk bahu aku..
stiff shoulder dah agak lama..
maybe sebab selalu duk pikul notebook..
bagpack aku pun dah dekat 11kg beratnye..
demmm..

petang sapu..
malam, lepas buka & mandi pun sapu lagi..

suddenly, as aku duk tunduk wat keje and terasa nak pandang depan -- SNAP..
aduihh.. mende nih, tetiba jek tangkap tengkok..
picit-picit sikit..
ok, bleh pandang kiri-kanan..
okla ni..
layan..

lepas 2 jam, makin sakit..
stiffness pada bahu dah merebak ke tengkok..

2] "melawat" banksssss --> kat sini la paling banyak.. hampeh..!

3] business discussion

separuh hari aku habis buat tour je.. pegi sana.. pegi sini..
balik opis, kepala dah pening..
cuaca panas sangat..
tekak ngan idung aku nih xbaik-baik lagi perangainye..

baru nak rest, boss datang plak masuk bilik..
cam biasa, cite itu-ini pasal company..
layan jek..

xde mood sangat sbenarnye nak dengar, sebab banyak mende dicakap, xde hasil..

company still hutang staffs (termasuk aku la.. deyy, manager pun kuli ma.. bukan owner..) dalam 2 bulan gaji -- Jun & July 2010.
komisyen projek tahun lepas pun staffs belum dapat walau sesen..
dalam pada masa yang sama, belum carum EPF staffs since gaji Dec 2009 (caruman Jan 2010).
banyak tu.. banyak kerugian yang staffs terpaksa tanggung sekarang..
kerugian dari segi dividen caruman EPF..
kerugian dari segi interest bank yang tak perlu..
kerugian dari peluang-peluang investment yang terpaksa dilepaskan..

ini jadi tanggungjawab aku untuk disuarakan..
dan aku akan suarakan.. SEPERTI BIASA..

kepada staffs, sabar..
Allah takkan zalimi kamu..
kamu pasti dapat hak kamu..
usaha kuat, jangan emo..
sabar dalam kita berusaha..

kita punya masalah yang sama..

What is the Dinar?

According to Islamic Law...

The Islamic Dinar is a specific weight of 22k gold (.917) equivalent to 4.25 grams.

The Islamic Dirham is a specific weight of pure silver equivalent to 3.0 grams.

Umar Ibn al-Khattab established the known standard relationship between them based on their weights: "7 dinars must be equivalent to 10 dirhams."

"The Revelation undertook to mention them and attached many judgements to them, for example zakat, marriage, and hudud, etc., therefore within the Revelation they have to have a reality and specific measure for assessment [of zakat, etc.] upon which its judgements may be based rather than on the non-shari'i [other coins].

Know that there is consensus [ijma] since the beginning of Islam and the age of the Companions and the Followers that the dirham of the shari'ah is that of which ten weigh seven mithqals [weight of the dinar] of gold. . . The weight of a mithqal of gold is seventy-two grains of barley, so that the dirham which is seven-tenths of it is fifty and two-fifths grains. All these measurements are firmly established by consensus." Ibn Khaldun, Al-Muqaddimah

How is the Islamic dinar used?

1. The Islamic Dinar can be used as saving.

2. It can be used to pay zakat and dowry as required by Islamic Law.

3. It can be used to buy and sell as it is a legitimate medium of exchange.

Chile Earthquake May Have Shortened Days on Earth

The massive 8.8 earthquake that struck Chile may have changed the entire Earth's rotation and shortened the length of days on our planet, a NASA scientist said Monday.

The quake, the seventh strongest earthquake in recorded history, hit Chile Saturday and should have shortened the length of an Earth day by 1.26 milliseconds, according to research scientist Richard Gross at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.

"Perhaps more impressive is how much the quake shifted Earth's axis," NASA officials said in a Monday update.

The computer model used by Gross and his colleagues to determine the effects of the Chile earthquake effect also found that it should have moved Earth's figure axis by about 3 inches (8 cm or 27 milliarcseconds).

The Earth's figure axis is not the same as its north-south axis, which it spins around once every day at a speed of about 1,000 mph (1,604 kph).

The figure axis is the axis around which the Earth's mass is balanced. It is offset from the Earth's north-south axis by about 33 feet (10 meters).

Strong earthquakes have altered Earth's days and its axis in the past. The 9.1 Sumatran earthquake in 2004, which set off a deadly tsunami, should have shortened Earth's days by 6.8 microseconds and shifted its axis by about 2.76 inches (7 cm, or 2.32 milliarcseconds).

One Earth day is about 24 hours long. Over the course of a year, the length of a day normally changes gradually by one millisecond. It increases in the winter, when the Earth rotates more slowly, and decreases in the summer, Gross has said in the past.

The Chile earthquake was much smaller than the Sumatran temblor, but its effects on the Earth are larger because of its location. Its epicenter was located in the Earth's mid-latitudes rather than near the equator like the Sumatran event.

The fault responsible for the 2010 Chile quake also slices through Earth at a steeper angle than the Sumatran quake's fault, NASA scientists said.

"This makes the Chile fault more effective in moving Earth's mass vertically and hence more effective in shifting Earth's figure axis," NASA officials said.

Gross said his findings are based on early data available on the Chile earthquake. As more information about its characteristics are revealed, his prediction of its effects will likely change.

The Chile earthquake has killed more than 700 people and caused widespread devastation in the South American country.

i wore it every time even in my sleep and while taking a shower.
in whatever i do..

few times it leaves my wrist..
